International Franchises

A Franchise Agreement is the primary method of international development for SPIZZA . The Franchise system allows local partners to purchase the rights to open and develop SPIZZA premises in a specific area for a specific number of outlets.

The Agreement states all administrative, operational, financial and legal matters that will regulate the business relationship in the most adequate format in order to meet both parties' needs and requirements.

SPIZZA combines its owners' expertise and procedures with the Franchisee's knowledge of the local market. This minimizes the challenges of overseas development such as language barriers, local government regulations and trademark registrations. We also adapt our system to the local market to accommodate cultural differences, which is necessary.

What do we require?

The Franchisee does not have to be in the food and beverage or hospitality business, yet needs to be committed and fully motivated to spend the necessary time and effort to open a SPIZZA Franchise with local associates and employees. The Franchisee shall have a solid knowledge of the local market and culture.

The long-term relationship with SPIZZA that will result from the signing of a Franchise Agreement shall not be neglected. The Franchisee will ensure that approvals or authorizations from relevant departments or authorities shall be obtained, and that adequate financial resources are available by way of working capital to ensure a safe operation of the business.

Once the details of the Agreement are set, the Franchisee will pay to SPIZZA an Entrance fee allowing him/her to use the SPIZZA name and trademark under any necessary form. During the continuance of the Agreement, a fee representing a certain percentage of the Franchisee's turnover will be required in order to benefit from SPIZZA 's team of knowledge, skills and experience.

As a Master Franchisee in a region, territory or country, one could also create an impressive platform of businesses with minimum efforts and investment, and contribute to a fast exposure of SPIZZA by signing a Development Agreement.

What do we provide?
