TRADITION
Spizza painstakingly employs traditional methods of baking pizzas in a wood-fired brick oven, using dough made in-house every single morning by our dedicated chefs. Besides our noteworthy pizzas, Spizza is also known for its extensive menu that includes soups, salads, pasta, savoury appetizers and side orders.
Most of our ingredients are imported from Italy, and our head chef, whom you can meet in our Club Street restaurant, is Italian.

* Did you know?
The pizza Margherita was created in 1889 to honor the Queen consort Margherita of Savoy, queen of Italy. Baker Raffaele Esposito baked three different pizzas for the occasion. The Queen’s favorite was a pizza having the colors of the Italian flag – green (basil leaves), white (mozzarella), and red (tomatoes). It was named Margherita in her honour.
